Raw Board Selection
FSC-certified high-density chipboard is sourced and inspected for density, moisture content, and surface uniformity before entering production.
Precision Die-Cutting
Boards are die-cut to your specified dimensions using CNC-controlled tooling. Custom shapes and tolerances are held to ±1mm for consistent sizing.
Wrap Lamination
Foil, kraft, or printed paper wrap is laminated to the board surface under controlled pressure and temperature -- ensuring a bubble-free, wrinkle-free finish.
Custom Print Application
For branded drums, your logo and artwork are printed using offset or digital printing. Pantone colors are matched to your brand standards before production begins.
Edge Treatment
Edges are trimmed, beveled, or wrapped according to specification. This step ensures a clean, professional finish with no exposed chipboard.

Lamination Adhesion Test
Wrap adhesion is tested by peel force measurement. Drums that fail the peel test are removed from the batch -- no delamination on delivery.
Print Color Verification
Printed drums are checked against your approved color standard using a spectrophotometer. Delta E values are recorded and must fall within agreed tolerances.
Visual & Surface Inspection
100% visual inspection under standardized lighting checks for bubbles, wrinkles, scratches, and edge defects. AQL sampling applies to large orders.
Pre-Shipment Final Audit
A final random audit of packed cartons verifies quantity, labeling accuracy, and packaging integrity before the order is released for shipment.
