What is the minimum order quantity for custom cake boards?
MOQ varies by size, thickness, and print complexity. We work with buyers at different scales -- contact us with your requirements and we will provide the most competitive MOQ for your specific product.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We strongly encourage sampling before bulk commitment. Sample lead time is typically 7-10 business days. Sample costs may apply but are often credited against your first bulk order.
What artwork files do you accept for printing?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution TIFF files (300 DPI minimum). For Pantone-matched colors, please provide the Pantone reference number. Our design team can also assist with artwork preparation.
Are your cake boards food-safe?
Yes. All JIAHUI cake boards are certified FSC, LFGB-tested, and FDA-compliant. Materials in direct food contact meet international food-safety standards for bakery use.
How long does production take?
Standard production lead time is 15-25 business days from artwork approval. Expedited production may be available for urgent orders -- please mention your required delivery date when inquiring.
Do you ship directly to the US, Australia, Canada, and Europe?
Yes. We ship factory-direct from Dongguan, China via sea freight (for large orders) or air freight (for smaller or urgent orders) to all major markets including the US, Australia, Canada, Mexico, and Europe.
Can I order multiple sizes and shapes in a single order?
Absolutely. Many of our customers consolidate multiple SKUs into a single shipment. Each size and shape may have its own MOQ -- we will advise during the quoting process.
