Incoming paperboard is tested for grammage, moisture content, and surface smoothness before entering production.
QC 02 -- Color Proof Approval
First-print color proof is matched against approved Pantone or CMYK reference. Deviation threshold: ΔE ≤ 2.
QC 03 -- Print Registration Check
Automated vision system verifies print alignment, bleed accuracy, and text legibility on every printed sheet.
QC 04 -- Lamination Adhesion Test
Laminated sheets are tested for bubble-free adhesion and peel resistance per ASTM D903 standard.
QC 05 -- Die-Cut Dimensional Audit
Cut dimensions measured against approved dieline. Tolerance: ±0.5mm. Crease depth and fold accuracy verified.
QC 06 -- Assembly & Gluing Check
Box assembly is checked for square corners, flush joints, and bond strength. Auto-bottom boxes tested for load capacity.

Batch samples tested for heavy metals and migration per LFGB and FDA requirements. Certificates issued per order.
QC 08 -- Pre-Shipment AQL Audit

What is the minimum order quantity for custom cake boxes?
Our minimum order quantity depends on the box style and complexity of customization. For standard custom-printed cake boxes, MOQ typically starts at a few hundred units. Contact us with your specifications and we will provide a tailored MOQ and price quote.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We strongly recommend ordering a physical sample before committing to bulk production. Sample lead time is typically 7-14 business days. Sample costs are usually credited against your bulk order.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept AI, PDF, EPS, and CDR files with embedded fonts and at least 300 DPI resolution. Our design team can also develop artwork from your brief if you do not have print-ready files.
How long does production take?
Standard production lead time is 20-30 business days after sample approval and deposit payment. Rush production is available for select orders -- ask Ben for availability.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. T/T (bank transfer) and other payment methods available. Contact us to discuss terms for larger or repeat orders.
Do you ship to the United States, Europe, and Australia?
Yes. We regularly export to the US, EU, Australia, Canada, and Mexico via sea freight (FCL/LCL) and air freight. We can assist with shipping arrangements or work with your nominated forwarder.
