What file formats do you accept for print artwork?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF (print-ready), and PSD files. Minimum resolution 300dpi. Our pre-press team can also develop artwork from your brand guidelines.

How do you ship and what are the freight options?
We ship factory-direct from Dongguan, China via sea freight (FCL/LCL) or air freight depending on your timeline and volume. We can arrange freight or work with your nominated forwarder.
